This petite bowl was hand turned from Bradford Pear sourced in Germantown, TN.  The bowl is thicker at the bottom which allows it to sit solidly on the table on the narrow base.  It displays beautiful coloration from yellow to deep orange to a greenish black.  Natural drying effects have given it a slight cup to the rim while the bottom sits flat.  The soft matte finish derives from Danish Oil and carnauba wax.
