Prominent grain patterns and a textured, stained band bordered by V-grooves give this maple bowl its distinctive character.  The classic shape and size (over 8 inches in diameter) allow the bowl to rest comforably in your hands.  The bowl was finished with Tung Oil Finish and polished with carnauba wax.  The wood was sourced in Shelby County, TN.
