This medium size Bradford Pear bowl shows off the natural contours of a live edge with the bark removed.  The oval rim is set off by a circular decorative ridge around the middle of the bowl.  The bowl was cut from branch wood which imparts a complex pattern to the grain the bottom of the bowl.  The wood was sourced in Shelby County, Tennessee, and the bowl is finished with Danish Oil and polished with carnauba wax.
