This Tupelo gum bowl is lightweight and tough.  A cinannom dye highlights the grain while the small foot, thin sides and gentle curve of the bowl evoke an Asian influence.  Wood source:  Cleveland County, AR.  Finish:  Tung Oil Finish followed by a 3 step polishing to a carnauba wax protective coat.
