This beautifully proportioned Bradford Pear bowl displays a symmetrical, oval grain pattern on the top and flame cross-grain pattern on the sides and especially the bottom.  Bradford Pear wood is very dense and smooth.  The wood was sourced in Germantown, TN from a landscaping project.  The interior of this bowl is dyed with carmine red acrylic ink and the entire bowl is finished in multiple coats of Tung Oil Finish and polished with carnauba wax.  This petite bowl would be great on a dresser holding a your favorite rings or cuff links.
