This artistic bowl displays nice flame figuring on the rim. The Bradford Pear wood is very dense and smooth and was sourced near Memphis, TN. The exterior is natural and the interior is dyed with a red acrylic ink. The bowl is finished in Tung Oil Finish and polished with carnauba wax. You have to hold this unique bowl in the light to appreciate the luster of the figuring and grain on the wide rim around the narrow opening.
