This uniquely styled Bradford Pear bowl has prominent flame cross-grain patterns on the rim and inner bottom surface.  The flame and swirling grain are apparent through the natural wood finish.  Bradford Pear wood is very dense and smooth.  The wood was sourced in Germantown, TN from a landscaping project.  The bowl is finished in multiple coats of Tung Oil Finish and polished with carnauba wax.  The wide opening makes the bowl perfect for serving small candies or nuts.
